All our shoes are designed as per global standard dress shoe sizing. Few points to keep in mind while choosing your size:

- Look for 'size tip' for every shoe before selecting your size

- Regular cleaning: Remove dirt and dust by brushing your shoes with a soft-bristled brush or cloth. For stubborn stains, use a damp cloth or sponge and mild soap to gently clean the affected area.
- Conditioning: Apply a leather conditioner or cream to keep the leather moisturized and prevent cracking. Use a clean cloth to evenly distribute the cream on the shoes. Allow it to penetrate the leather for some time.
- Polishing: Apply shoe polish that matches the color of your shoes to restore shine and provide additional protection. Use a soft cloth or brush to apply the polish in circular motions. Allow the polish to dry completely before buffing with a clean cloth or brush to achieve a glossy finish.
- Storage: Store your leather shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid damp or humid environments that can promote mold or mildew growth. Use shoe trees or crumpled tissue paper to help maintain the shape of the shoes and prevent creasing.
- Special care tips: For suede or nubuck leather shoes, use a suede brush to remove stains and restore the nap. Avoid using water or liquid cleaners on these materials. For patent leather shoes, wipe them with a damp cloth and mild soap (if needed) to remove smudges. Followed by a dry soft cloth.
- Shoe Horn: We recommend using a shoe horn to put on your shoes as it helps to preserve the back counter and overall structure of your shoes.

Note: We are unable to guarantee which styles will be carried over to the following seasons, so be sure to grab what you like when it’s available!
Typical delivery time for Delhi/NCR: 1-2 days and rest of India: 3-6 days.
An express 24-72-hour delivery is also available at an extra charge (for certain pin-codes). You can choose express shipping at the time of checkout, or get in touch with us to assist with the same.
We ship internationally via DHL and FedEx. International shipping charges are auto calculated at the time of checkout. Typical processing and delivery time for international orders are 6-8 days.
We offer an easy 7 days exchange/return option. You can easily exchange or return a product within 7 days of receiving them.
For a product to be eligible for exchange/return:
The product has to be unused and unaltered with all original box contents and packaging.
We do not accept any worn or damaged items, such as: products with creases, scratches, or scuffed out-soles. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes on a carpeted surface)
All hard-marked discounted products are either eligible for store credit only, or are Final Sale. Refer to the product page descriptions for more specific sale details.
Custom made/bespoke orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
